Carmen Silvestro is a certified life coach, who helps men and women get through many obstacles in their lives. Her passion is to help people take back control of their lives after heartbreak from a breakup or divorce. While preparing to return to the workforce after four years of departure from a 20 year career as an accounting and human resource manager to raise her child, she realized that her calling will always be making a difference in people’s lives. And she realized that in order for many people to truly overcome the pain from divorce or breakup, they could benefit from more then just conventional therapy. Carmen became certified as a life coach through the Quantum Success Coaching Academy. She combines her experience of getting through her own painful divorce and achieving monumental life changes, with her research and information learned through coaching clients to develop programs for her one-on-one clients as well as group coaching. Carmen lives in Whippany NJ with her husband, their rambunctious five-year-old boy, stepdaughter and two cats. She loves music, art, poetry, meditating, hiking, inspirational books and challenging workouts. She looks back at her divorce and each life challenging experience with such gratitude for what it has taught her, and she sees how it has shaped her and gotten her to where she is today. She believes that every human being has a fire inside of them, that once ignited makes them unstoppable.
