Charisse grew up in the beautiful rainy Pacific Northwest where she attended eleven different elementary schools. You can imagine how she had to learn how to make friends quickly and was fortunate to have met some really amazing people on that path but her best friends are and have always been her four sisters. They have been close through it all, as children and now as they all have moved comfortably into their 50's. Charisse now lives in North Carolina with her husband, two dogs and a bird. She have three amazing adult children and four beautiful grandchildren. Charisse retired from the world of finance a few years ago and now writes full time. She tried my hand at Historical Fiction with a book called Nesta: Princess of Wales, using the pen name Mammie Belle Tower so not to confuse the genres. She is currently working on the third book in her Cozy Mystery series featuring Maggie McFarlin as an amateur sleuth.
