Charles Harwood has grown from a child in Richmond, Virginia living in a fantasy world to an adult living “where he happens to be at the time” - but still questioning the world around him. Although most of his life has been spent learning about how to best navigate the world of health, he still values the fringe of reality. He’s come to learn that reality is, as Mork said, “a concept” where one persons fact is another’s maybe. His first book, "Earthmaster First Sight" came from his desire to show the fringe of reality while at the same time conveying useful tips about getting the most out of life. With a background in biology in college and nutrition in the private sector, Charles decided to get a bit more serious about teaching the keys to a very healthy and long life, so he wrote his second book, "Crazy Rich Health". Strong and very healthy at nearly 70, he knows a bit about having a long healthspan and loves teaching others the secrets he’s learned over the years. His goal in life is to share with as many people as he can, the wonderful possibilities for a happy and healthy life. Knowing is half the battle.
