CHRISTINA LUNDSGAARD OTTSEN is a cognitive psychologist, specializing in diversity and inclusive leadership. She has a Ph.D. in cross-cultural diversity, and through her research in memory, she has gained in-depth knowledge of the psychological mechanisms behind bias. Christina Lundsgaard Ottsen is currently employed by the international consulting agency Mannaz. Here she works with strategic management of diversity to increase sustainable organizational development by, for instance, reducing bias in decision-making processes. She has written several research articles and has participated in podcasts focusing on diversity as an effective way to block bias and promote leadership and management development. She also teaches leadership at Copenhagen Business School.
