More than anything, I am curious. About a lot of things. Why do some things work or happen in life the way they do? What makes us think or feel a certain way towards something or somebody? How can I live a fulfilling and engaging life? I like to help people with their journeys too. Whether it is helping them to sell more, get a promotion, change companies, change careers, work together as a team, or lead an entire organization. I began as an attorney in the employment practices field. I became an entrepreneur, building and selling HRThatWorks to ThinkHR.com in 2014. Since leaving ThinkHR at the end of 2016, I've focused my time on speaking, coaching and doing workplace investigations. I've done workshops and keynotes on more than 600 occasions to CEO's (through the Vistage organization), HR execs (at membership and annual meetings), association events, corporate retreats, and internal management and leadership events.
