Donna Karaba has been professionally developing leaders since 2003. From a Fortune 500 background, Donna was called to the field of professional coaching. She built an executive coaching business focused on CEOs and created The Authentic Leadership Business Model™ to share her methods with other coaches. Donna develops leaders to be real, self-actualized whole human beings. Donna stoked her soul’s fire by starting a business that supports human potential at work. This flexible business enabled her to be the mother and leader she dreamed to be. Donna found the balance she craved to raise her children on her own terms while doing meaningful work that would also enable her family to pursue their passions. Donna earned a master’s degree from Naropa University in transpersonal psychology along with certificates from the Coaches Training Institute and Naropa’s Authentic Leadership Program. Donna is also a Myers Briggs MBTI® Certified Practitioner and certified to deliver 360-degree assessment feedback through The Center for Creative Leadership and The Hay Group. Her clients have experienced powerful personal and professional transformation. Her vision is a world of happy people each following their passions. Donna lives with her loving husband and soulmate Rob in Santa Fe, NM. Donna is the proud mother of Ty and Cole, two uniquely inspiring young men. Donna continues to chase her passion: living on purpose to encourage others to do the same.
