Dr Dave Nicol is a veterinarian and multiple time practice owner with over 20 years of experience in general practice. He has written three books, most recently the best-selling, So You’re A Vet…Now What? A manifesto on how to survive as a veterinarian after graduation. He publishes the weekly Freewheelin’ Vet Q&A Show and Blunt Dissection Podcast - a monthly conversation about success with the rock stars of veterinary medicine (which combined have been played more than a quarter-million times). Dr Dave travels the world speaking to and inspiring veterinary teams and in 2019 he was voted VMX Practice Management Speaker of the Year. He is the founder of VetX International Ltd, an organisation dedicated to helping humans get along so workplaces thrive.
