Emma Rosen tells the story of how she followed the path, working hard at school and landing a great job on a graduate scheme. She ticked all the boxes expected of her, but still found herself miserable every Sunday night (and every other night for that matter). Aiming to try 25 careers before she turned 25, she documented her own radical sabbatical on the website www.25before25.co.uk.
She now works as a London-based writer and speaker, focusing on millennials in the workforce. She advocates for alternative ways of working and promotes more diverse careers advice and careers education for young people, with a far greater emphasis on work experience.
