Born in Rome, 1954. Pediatrician and child psichiatrist. BSI (the first Italian admitted between the Baker Steet Irregulars, USA), member of Holmesian societies all around the world. Past President of the Italian society and Director for ten years of its magazine. He published tens of articles and studies in USA, UK, France, Japan, Australia and Italy. He edited two BSI volumes (“Mandate for Murder”2006, "Italy and Sherlock Holmes",2010) and "Sir Arthur Conan Doyle, the Italian Journey" 2012. He wrote several books of apocriphal stories (4 novels, 37 short stories) in Italian: one translated in Japanese. He wrote several mysteries books, not holmesian. He wrote, together with Stefano Guerra, the only italian holmesian encyclopedia: "Holme&Watson", 2020
