I have dedicated over four decades of my life to the healthcare field, from the bustling wards of hospitals to the intimate setting of one-on-one counseling. My journey as a Nurse has allowed me to witness the resilience of the human spirit across all ages. Nurses tend to care for others perfectly but are not good at self-care. Thus, my health providers diagnosed me with rheumatoid arthritis to start with; then, other autoimmune markers started showing up to diagnose scleroderma and hormonal imbalances. After many doctor visits and medication, I researched nutrition and diet changes. I found healthy aging and empowerment. My doctors discontinued all my medications as my body started to heal. I want others to reclaim their health and happiness. I could not keep my research and experience to myself. Now, I am climbing mountains and enjoy sharing wisdom.
