Gail is called The Advocate. She sits at the intersection of people, purpose, and politics. Transparent, authentic, fierce, fearless, focused, and faithful are a few words to describe Gail. Fun, loving, and outgoing are words that express her everyday experience. Gail is determined to encourage someone and motivate everyone. Gail is committed to a calling of encouraging others and prayer. She is a blogger and the author of nine books. Additionally, Gail is the co-founder of READY Publication alongside her daughter. Ministry Focus: In 2009 Gail was ordained as a pastor with a calling to train and equip the saints for the work of the ministry. This transparent vessel of God has been anointed with a spirit of intercession to pray on behalf of the saints and blessed with the gifts to teach God's people. Gail has completed 85 hours of 'Formational Prayer' from Ashland Theological Seminary and conducts inner-healing sessions for individuals ready to be delivered from their wounds. Advocacy Focus: Gail Dudley is widely recognized for her contributions around advocacy and community-building. A student of public administration with more than twenty-five years of leadership experience in public, corporate, non-profit and community contexts, Gail has demonstrated a passion for engaging the growing needs of declining neighborhoods by encouraging creative partnerships and the healthy stewardship of human, capital and information resources. Gail is an accomplished team-builder, conference and workshop speaker, and developer. A certified staff development trainer since 1994, receiving training from The Points of Light Foundation and Train the Trainer certification from the National Multi-Cultural Institute, she has authored many training resources to support the development of volunteer groups, capital campaigns, and broad community network initiatives. She recently designed a successful civic engagement program, Politically SAVVY, that has launched hundreds of women into the meaningful work of community impact. Five Pillars: As a publisher, philanthropist, platform builder, political influencer, prayer missionary, and author, Gail is called upon to speak in small groups and on significant platforms as a conference and workshop speaker. Among her travels, she has been honored to speak in Canada, London England, South Africa, Zimbabwe to name a few, equipping and motivating women around the world to walk boldly into their promised future. Additionally, Gail has been invited to travel the world on international missionary prayer journeys teaching and giving prayer instructions in Herrnhut Germany, Israel, and Greece. Gail continues to receive invitations to speak for women's retreats and conferences. Gail is the loving mother of two and married to Dr. Kevin Dudley the senior pastor of Common Grounds Discipleship...it's not a church; it is a teaching ground to equip individuals for everyday living.
