Idara Ogunsaju is the founder of the Antorge Group, LLC a consulting practice with a focus on change management, leadership development, and rebuilding confidence in women. Prior to launching the Antorge Group, Ms. Ogunsaju served in various roles in healthcare for over two decades. Her experience includes leading various specialty departments as well as serving as a consultant. She also worked in academic research, private practice administration, and labor relations. Ms. Ogunsaju is the author of The Confidence Talk: I SAID SOAR, a book about strategies for rebuilding professional and personal confidence. She has a BSc in Physiological Science from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), a master’s degree in Healthcare Administration from California State University, Los Angeles (CSULA), and Change Management Certification from Cornell University. Ms. Ogunsaju is involved with local nonprofit organizations and is also an advocate for Maternal and Child Health, and women in leadership.
