Janean Worth writes clean fiction with a heavy emphasis on action and adventure and, often, also including a side of spiritual food for thought. Janean has been writing since 1998, and has published a wide array of fiction and non-fiction under various pennames. Her story in Cup of Comfort for Friends helped to earn the book a place on the New York Times bestseller list. Her love of travel and new experiences provides endless fodder for the fiction that she loves to write. Janean Worth has gone to great lengths, at times, in order to find truly original research, even going 650 feet below ground to visit an active mine! She's temporarily taken up various hobbies and interests in order to get a feel for the lives that her characters lead, most notably target shooting, knife throwing, horseback riding, cross-country travel, and bikjoring. (Janean requests that readers not try this last sport, as it may result in a trip to the hospital ER!) When she's not writing, illustrating or working with a computer, Janean Worth also dabbles in photography, outdoor recreation and cycling. She also reads piles of books, designs her own book covers and enjoys spending time with her family.
