I am an experienced business writer, executive coach and consultant, the author of 27 books translated into 17 languages. During my career I have been fortunate to work with - and learn from - some amazing people and organisations: I was Senior Vice President with The Economist Group, Managing Director with Duke Corporate Education, and Head of Publishing and Research with the Chartered Management Institute. As a business writer my work is essentially writing for people with limited time to read. Whether the focus is on classical techniques for business leadership or original research and the latest ideas, the challenge is the same: finding ways to make valuable, insightful thinking accessible for busy managers at every stage of their career. Our consultants help organisations navigate a time of challenge, opportunity and change; our coaches help people, current and future leaders, to set the right course for themselves and the people they lead, and our content – whether originally created or carefully sourced and curated – provides the timely insight needed to navigate key issues.
