Since 2006, he has led one of the largest organically grown offices in the company's history, known for its high retention of career financial advisors. A former standout student- athlete at the University of Illinois, Wright draws on decades of leadership, recruiting, and coaching experience to help others build lasting careers. He has been named one of Atlanta's most admired CEOs and served as chairman of Northwestern Mutual's Managing Partners Association. A respected speaker and mentor, Wright is passionate about values-driven leadership, culture of belonging, and building firms people are proud to call home. His ideas on the value of effective recruiting and coaching date back to his youth as part of a multi-generational family of University of Illinois football players.
