Horst and Julia Drosten write together using the pseudonym Julia Drosten. They live in the picturesque Münsterland region of Germany and have always wanted to write books. They are finding the research to be almost as much fun. Together they have flown in a historic biplane. They have been pampered by an aesthetician. For “The Girl with the Golden Scissors” they traced the streets of 19th century Vienna and for “The Elephant Keeper’s Daughter”, they visited Sri Lanka to spend time with wild elephants. They have written numerous bestsellers, among others “The Lioness of Morocco”, The Elephant Keeper's Daughter and 'The Girl with the Golden Scissors".
