Julie is a Lambda, Goldie and Rainbow award-winning author. From the time she was old enough to hold a book, escaping into fictional worlds where everything is possible and endings are usually happy, has been her favorite pastime. Growing up a tom-boy before it was fashionable, Julie attached herself to sports, especially softball, which culminated in her pitching in the Women's College World Series. She has owned and operated her own chiropractor office for over 25 years. A northern California native, she lives in the quiet of the redwoods of Boulder Creek, with her partner and canine family.
