Karl Jones is an artist, author and former editor at Penguin Random House. He has written and edited over one hundred books for children, including New York Times best-selling and award-winning titles. Some of his written works include a series of holiday-themed activity books honoring the traditions of Day of the Dead, Chinese New Year, Thanksgiving, Christmas and Mardi Gras as well as picture books featuring characters as diverse as space ships, museum-goers and plucky shape-shifting families. He has also penned several Mad Libs titles and written and edited numerous books for licensing programs including gaming, television and movie projects such as Cartoon Network's Steven Universe, Nickelodeon's Kids Choice Awards, RuPaul's Drag Race, The Golden Girls and more. Many of his original works have been Oklahoma Best Sellers.
