Kazuko Suzuki (Ph.D. Princeton) is an Associate Professor of Sociology at Texas A&M University and a Visiting Associate Professor of Sociology at Yale University. Her book, "Divided Fates: The State, Race, and Korean Immigrants’ Adaptation in Japan" received the 2017 Asia/Transnational Book Award from the Asia/Asian American Section of the American Sociological Association. She is the author of "Reconsidering Race: Social Science Perspectives on Racial Categories in the Age of Genomics" (2018, Oxford University Press).
