Hi! I am Kevin McAteer, author of "Daddy Can You Make Me Pancakes". My wife, Shayna, and I were married on Christmas Eve 2012. Each of us brought three beautiful children into the mix. I am now the proud father of 6 kids- a blessed new family of three boys and three girls, all around the same age. Friends call us the real-life "Brady Bunch". (However, Alice the housekeeper has still not shown up.) Today, we live in North Carolina, where I am the Vice President of Marketing for Concord Hospitality. Our children now range in age from 9 to 14 years old. I still support the Rex Foundation and the KidsCan program, the very same support group that helped my children and me through my first wife’s cancer diagnosis and death.
