Lauren is a 13th generational Witch who has been practising most of her life. She is passionate about Witchcraft, the healing arts and the human psyche. She has been studying psychology for over two decades and is currently working towards her PhD. She has dedicated her life to working with people who have trauma and helping them move through it to ultimately find their truth. As a truth seeker, she creates plant healing ceremonies, she also works with tarot (and other divination tools), she is a reiki master, she weaves spells and crystals to bring about healing and is a qualified yoga instructor. She runs lively Facebook and Instagram communities @ostarathehare where she gives energy readings, posts about ways to find your truth, meditations and more. She creates cosmic circles of women and men whom she teaches sacred sexuality, healing, Witchcraft, magic in all it's forms and energy work. Lastly, as a life coach and a long term student, she is always discovering new healing modalities and ways to connect with the divine.
