Linda He is the President of Wailian Overseas Consulting Group, among the largest immigration agencies in China, with more than 300 employees, and offices spread across all the first and second tier cities in China. Over the years, Wailian has enjoyed many success stories across more than 50 EB-5 projects. In 2013, Wailian raised approximately $250 million and created more than 5,000 jobs for the New York region alone. Wailian also proudly hosts China's largest annual EB-5 conference, with the purpose of building a valuable communication platform for developers, regional centers, immigration agents, and investors. Linda is also active in the community and she is an avid philanthropist who serves as the vice chairman of the Chinese American Association and director of the Shanghai Soong Ching Ling - Pearl S. Buck Foundation.
