With over 25 years of experience in practicing business immigration law, Linda Lau is the President of Global Law Group, a law firm located in South Pasadena, California with a representative office in Shanghai, China. Linda has served as the chair of the Southern California chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). She also served on the EB-5 Committee of AILA as vice chair. She is a member of the California State Bar and is admitted as a solicitor of England and Wales. Linda is a frequent lecturer and speaker at conferences and seminars on inbound immigration through investment in business organizations. Linda, originally from Hong Kong, earned her Juris Doctor from the University of California, Los Angeles, her master's from the University of Michigan and her bachelor's degree from the University of California, Berkeley. Linda is also a member of the editorial board of EB5 Investors Magazine.
