Luciano Floridi is the Founding Director of the Digital Ethics Center of Yale University, where is also a Professor in the Cognitive Science Program. He is also a Professor of Sociology of Culture and Communication in the Department of Legal Studies, Alma Mater Studiorum University of Bologna. His areas of expertise include digital ethics, the ethics of AI, the philosophy of information, and the philosophy of technology. His work has been translated into many languages, including Albanian, Arabic, Chinese, Croatian, Czech, French, German, Greek, Hungarian, Italian, Japanese, Latvian, Macedonian, Persian, Polish, Portuguese, Russian, and Spanish.
