About Lynn Guerin Lynn Guerin serves as the CEO of The John R. Wooden Course LLC and President of his family-owned coaching, consulting, and training firm - Guerin Marketing Services in Temecula, California. As an accomplished executive, consultant ,business coach, speaker, motivator and team builder, Mr. Guerin specializes in helping organizations create extraordinary performance cultures, and developing managers and leaders into great head coaches - first of themselves – and then of the organizations and teams they are privileged to serve. He has worked nationally and internationally with many of America's most successful companies across multiple Industries and business sectors. For the past 20 years Mr. Guerin has partnered with legendary coach UCLA icon John Wooden and his family to offer exclusive courses and tools based on the life lessons, wisdom, coaching model, principles and Pyramid of Success that made Wooden the greatest coach in American Sports history. This suite of professional development products and services are tailored for business, schools, coaches, and personal development. Mr. Guerin recently launched a Wooden Way Certified Coaching experience and is currently working with professionals from Chick-fil-A, U.S. Marshals in Los Angeles. The Kansas City Royals, Hendrick Automotive, Golden Communications, among others. Mr. Guerin graduated from Western Michigan University earning a BA and MA. He resides in Temecula California with his wife Tracy who owns and runs Guerin Financial Services. He is blessed with two sons - Kyle, a Director with Pacific Dental Services, and Cole, a freshman at Grand Canyon University, and two grandsons Wade12, and Trey 9.
