Marti Wibbels has written for various genres, including newspapers, professional journals and magazines, as well as fiction and nonfiction books. Her diverse experiences with people—from being a mom, youth worker, mentor, radio host, public speaker, and psychotherapist—continue to fuel her passion to write works that dance with life and compassion. “Secrets Behind the Door” was her first novel; “Sound of Light” is her second. These fast-paced novels deal with real-life concerns like families, divorce, abuse, betrayal, healing, and life-changing faith. Marti also writes nonfiction books, including "Core Healing from Trauma,” which is also available in Spanish: “Sandidad del Núcleo del Trauma.” This counseling workbook integrates proven counseling methods with biblical hope and is is being used by individuals for their personal healing journeys, and by therapists, pastors, lay counselors, life coaches, and others as part of individual or group counseling.
