Molly Phinney Baskette is, in no particular order, a mother, spouse, recovering workaholic, cancer survivor, adventurous home cook, and senior minister of First Church Berkeley UCC in Ber(zer)kley, CA, nicknamed the Motley Pew for its tendency to make seatmates of purple-haired trans activists and Nobel laureates. Her new book, How To Being When Your World is Ending, is a spiritual guide to post-traumatic growth and joy.
