NELSON EAGLIN American cookbook author and writer has a strong love of cooking. Food played a big role in his family's everyday existence while he was growing up, and his passion for the culinary arts only deepened with time. Matt started working as a food writer and recipe developer after majoring in culinary arts and creative writing in college. He wrote articles and developed recipes that encouraged people to try new foods and cook for a number of culinary publications and websites. Eventually, Matt made the decision to create his own cookbooks in order to combine his love of writing and eating. His cookbooks are renowned for their simple-to-follow instructions and helpful tips on how to prepare and enjoy delectable meals.
