Paul Goudreault entered the workforce as a young geologist and created a successful 40-year career in the engineering and consulting industry. He has held numerous roles, including founder and CEO of two multinational environmental consulting firms and an owner and CEO of a construction-manufacturing company. Paul has lived and worked globally in more than 30 countries and has logged more than 100 trips around the world. He has designed and implemented organizational transformations, including purchasing and integrating acquired companies, aligning organizations with their strategic intent, and designing and leading account-management programs. Paul chose to "reinvent" himself after retirement as an author. Paul's two books, "Own Your Career-No One Else Will" and "Own The Life You Deserve-No One Else Will" have been designed to help career developers all ages. He has been happily married for 40 years to his wife Katie and has two children, Monet and Adrien.
