Ruth Williams is a Writer, Supervisor, Jungian Psychoanalyst and Integrative Psychotherapist based in London.

She has published:

Animal-Human Telepathic Connections: A Jungian Perspective (Routledge, 2026).

Exploring Spirituality from a Post-Jungian Perspective: Clinical and Personal Reflections (Routledge, 2023) (which won the International Association for Jungian Studies Best Book (Clinical) Award in 2024.

C.G. Jung: The Basics (Routledge, 2019).

She is a professional member of the Association of Jungian Analysts in London. She is Hon. Lecturer at the Dept. for Psychosocial and Psychoanalytic Studies, University of Essex (University of the Year in the Times Higher Education Awards 2018). And Guest Professor at the Oriental Academy for Analytical Psychology in Guangzhou, China.

In the 1990s Ruth awoke from a dream which contained the chapter headings and complete format for a book on dreams which she immediately wrote down. This forms the basis for the chapter on dreams in C.G. Jung: The Basics.
