Dr. Samir N. Babayev, M.D., serves as the IVF Clinic Director in the Division of Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility within the Department of OB/GYN at Mayo Clinic and Obstetrics and Gynecology Clerkship Director at Mayo Clinic Alix School of Medicine. His area of expertise lies in reproductive surgery, endocrinology, and infertility. Dr. Babayev is board certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology.

Dr. Babayev obtained his medical degree from Istanbul University. Following that, he completed his residency in obstetrics and gynecology at New York Medical College. Subsequently, Dr. Babayev pursued reproductive endocrinology and infertility fellowship at UT Southwestern Medical Center.

Dr. Babayev maintains active membership in professional organizations, including the Society for Reproductive Investigation, the American Society of Reproductive Medicine, and the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. His scientific and educational contributions to the field have been recognized with several honors and awards.
