Shlomo Ben-Hur is an organizational psychologist and a professor of leadership and organizational behavior at the IMD business school in Lausanne, Switzerland. His areas of focus are the psychological and cultural aspects of leadership and the strategic and operational elements of talent management and corporate learning. Prior to joining IMD, Shlomo spent twenty years in the corporate world, most recently as Vice President of Leadership Development and Learning for the BP Group based in London and earlier as Chief Learning Officer of DaimlerChrysler Services AG in Berlin. Shlomo earned his doctoral degree in Psychology from the Humboldt University of Berlin. Shlomo is the author of The Business of Corporate Learning (Cambridge 2013), Talent Intelligence (Jossey-Bass 2013), and Changing Employee Behavior (Pelgrave, 2015).
