Stefan Swanepoel is an American business owner and publisher who spent a large portion of his life as the son of a diplomat in countries such as Kenya, Hong Kong, and South Africa. For the last two decades he has served as Chairman & CEO of the T3 Sixty family of companies and written 50+ books/reports (business fables, leadership, real estate trends and technology). His books have appeared on numerous best seller lists including New York Times, Wall Street Journal, USA Today, Amazon and CEO Read. He is widely acknowledged as the leading expert on real estate trends and has been listed as "One of the Top 100 Most Influential People in Real Estate." His academic accomplishments include a bachelor's in science, a master's in business economics, and diplomas in arbitration, mergers & acquisitions, real estate, computer science, and marketing. He also serves as Chairman of the the Real Estate Apprentice Foundation, a 501(c)3 he founded to help unprivileged and underrepresented people wishing to pursue a career in real estate.
