Steve Arneson is the author of two novels - The Moonshine Club, a story of prohibition set in 1927 Montana, and The Bank Robber, about a young boy taken hostage after a robbery in Denver, Colorado in 1935. His collection of short stories is titled Finding Amy Martin and it features 8 stories across different decades, all set in Montana. He's also written two best-selling leadership books - Bootstrap Leadership and What Your Boss Really Wants From You. Steve spent his corporate career as the head of Leadership Development and Talent Management at Capital One, Time Warner Cable, AOL, and a division of PepsiCo. He now coaches executives and speaks to leadership audiences with his consulting practice, Arneson Leadership Consulting. Over the last ten years, Steve has written over 250 blogs and web columns on leadership. He lives in Asheville, NC and is currently at work on his second collection of short stories.
