In 2019, he was a finalist at the TSL Screenwriting contest with his screenplay Husband-In-Law. In 2020, his screenplay Téga's Continuum was an Official Selection at The American Screenwriting Conference. Consequently, the tricenarian became a member of the California Film Foundation, USA.
