Xenia Jungwirth, born in 1978 in Straubing, is a trained media designer who was fascinated by fairy tales and myths from an early age. She later discovered her passion for crime fiction. While studying art history, she developed a deep love for writing. Whether fantastical adventures or mysterious cases, she enjoys crafting captivating stories filled with multi-layered characters and unexpected twists. Her cozy-crime series Vicky and Mona is currently being published, featuring a lovable mother-daughter duo who experience thrilling and unusual adventures with wit and charm. Xenia Jungwirth has also published the six-part series Jack Deveraux – Demon Hunter (dotbooks, Bastei Lübbe), the seven-part series Mystery Diaries (dotbooks), as well as the science-fiction novel The Secret of the Taiga Pyramids. She works as a freelance author, is married, and lives with her husband and son near Munich.
