Yahnique Dawson is a mother, who along with her husband Lemmie, is focused on raising their two girls, Reese and Madison, in a self affirming and emotionally assuring home. She has a 20 year career providing educational as well as psychosocial support to youth and teens within and outside the school system. She is a board certified school psychologist who enjoys working with children of all ages. As an active member of her church community, Yahnique started this project as a way of empowering youth and parents alike to utilize the Bible when it comes to understanding and practicing emotional well-being. These days she has her hands full with two toddlers, but enjoys reading and taking walks.
