Narrator Michael passionately delivered a beautiful MM romance about a domestic dominant/submissive relationship. He expertly highlighted the feelings of deep longing, especially the tenderness and sadness experienced by Finley, until he meets Aidan, for the third time in his life.

The author created a tale woven with almost magical components. Finley is a needy impressionable virgin, in his late teens. Aidan is an intelligent trauma surgeon, and an experienced Dom with a golden heart. I thought many times to myself, they were destined to meet and that Finley was born to be with Aidan. The fact that they met three times, during Finley’s lifetime, and that Aidan saved Finley three times, I truly believe they were soul mates and born for each other. Finley could have been destroyed by a “bad” dominant but Aidan recognized the submission for what it was, because of his age and experience, and the fact that he is a good man, he helped Finley grow into a stronger better person.

Finley ended up doing more for Aidan than Aidan did for him. Yes, Aidan saved Finleys’ life, he gave him a chance to explore submission safely and completely. But if it wasn’t for Finley, Aidan would not have learned to feel again. Both grew and changed to only get stronger. Their D/S relationship was meaningful and bloomed like a beautiful flower.

I recommend this audiobook, especially if you like your Boy/Sir kinks
