way too slave-ish for my taste.. I couldn't finish it. There was too much punishment and slavery and it was very uncomfortable.

If you are into spanking, you will love this book. Unfortunately, the spanking did nothing for me, and the plot and character development was insufficient to keep me interested.

I really had high hopes for this book. I love Anne Rice, and I like my romance/smutt books, but this was entirely to much for me. The rapes and humiliation was almost to much to bare. I almost have up halfway through. Just a caution for those who are easily triggered.
