Single best book/resource on the topic! After 10+ years practicing this I managed to figure out many of the presented concepts but it would have been a lot of a smoother ride if I had this book as a newbie. Not a beginner book in a classic sence at all - I learned lots and found words for things that I felt but couldn't explain.

Do not skip this one!

Mostly very helpful for a newbie like me. Everything was fine until one particular story; the weird pronouns made it very difficult to focus and follow along. Don't care what people do in their own lives but speaking as a neuro divergent audience member it makes for very disjointed storytelling, threw me off entirely. May try to finish the last two hours someday.
