This was more of an educational journey. And much of the content (I thought) I knew or heard before. The book was more of a reminder or practice on behaviour and reiterating. Being more mentally and 'spiritually' aware. (quotes not meant to get all metaphysical but yeah, being metaphysical - step out of yourself, reflect, be in the moment) I would have loved to of heard comments from other women who practiced with this book - and how it changed their lives. Tips for men where useful reminders. All women are different so these teachings have varied with my experience.
