If you are a struggling parent this is the book for you. I have 5 children ranging from 8 down to 2 years old and they all were able to grasp the 1,2,3 strategy and it has changed our household for the better!

Will definitely buy the hard copy and will be visiting the website on a regular basis. I mean 3 boys will do that to you. I immediately started trying the counting and wow the surprise. I didn’t have to finish at all and things got done, my older son would then come to me and hug me and tell me he loves me even when he didn’t get his way. Amazing book.

I found this book when I asked a family friend that has four amazing teenagers how they raised such great kids. They said they read this book when the first child was very young and continued its teachings with all the kids

Unfortunately, this was the first parenting book I listened to at the recommendation of a friend. The entire premise of isolating a child as a punishment for being emotionally deregulated is a great way to traumatize and confuse kids. Especially mounting punishments for non-compliance. When kids are acting out they don't need to be put in a room alone, they need support and guidance from an emotionally stable adult. The fear of an isolation punishment may work occasionally, but it won't help you child trust you as a leader. Listen at your own risk.
