Weight and other facts

My reason of purchasing this audiobook is to understand how people in their 40's can benefit to lose weight even if it's hard. I have friends who has problems losing weight, and I definitely recommend this audiobook to them. We all like to stay healthy and strong to enjoy every moment of our bodies. I like the advice and the Narrator which explains the facts of dreaming great. Water is the best tool in helping people living a healthy lifestyle. I thank the author for the book.
