À propos de cet audio
There is a subversive undertone that is not immediately evident, and it is brought about by the simple notion of just being there. In a society where electronic gadgets are omnipresent, jobs are increasing by the minute, and time seems to be a scarce resource, the concept of slowing down and really living in the present moment may appear to be unattainable or even self-centered. However, this may be the case. However, this is not the situation at all. In this era of intense distraction, the practice of mindfulness has made a resurgence, not as a means of evasion but rather as a return to its roots. There is no aim to assist anybody in evading capture in this manner. One is said to be in a condition of having restored a connection with their breath, body, mind, and ultimately, life itself, to which they have returned once again.
