Book is bland, written to not captivate the reader . To top, narrator has the pasties the entire narration so all you hear is dry mouth, or elongates s’s, turning it into snake shushing. Too dry to handle and poorly narrated.

Could not bring myself to finish this book though I tried multiple times. Content was boring and not engaging at all. Felt like I was listening to a student awkwardly reading their essay aloud. Reader spoke quickly and did not enunciate well.

Too basic..
This book is too basic, too simple and frankly some of it is just ridiculous. One chapter deals with organizing your housework so it's not overwhelming. ADHD people have trouble organizing in the first place. Yes making a list helps, but who washes their curtains once a month?? I did not find it informative or helpful. It was quite soporific so it was useful in putting me to sleep at bedtime. The performance was awful. So monotone. I am returning it as it was a total waste of time and money
