Wonderful love story
I identified with the characters sorting out what’s proper vs what is God’s will. I loved every minute and found it easy to follow with the details; easy to feel transported back to the 1940’s. The dangerous battle scenes were believable and intense like a movie. I appreciated that it wasn’t gory and horrific trying to add shock-value, it was realistic with the cost of war recognized. My one critique would be the lover’s drama at the very end was a little too much for me, but overall I really really loved everything about this book. Highly recommend!

Great War Romance
A great story showing how to Obey God's plan for you. I loved this book . It showed part of what wounded vet feel. Even first love by the author was wonderful throughout.
