This author is quickly becoming a new favourite of mine, this book is well written,funny in places and heart wrencing in others, it can pull laughs and tears.

The only thing I don't like (and its because I am heavily involved in the dog world) is the use of "welsh corgi" in the first book as if it's a breed. Corgi, unbeknownst to a lot of people, is a type and not a breed (just like shepherd,hound or terrier), a quick search would have shown the author that and then she could have determined the actual breed she was going for (Cardigan welsh corgis- the world best breed, or pembroke welsh corgi's- satans little assholes......see, i'm biased 🙃)

but fantastic read!!
