What a narcissist
This book is awful. She's about as deep as a puddle. She spends half the time quoting other people the other half talking about how fabulous she is lol. Then tells you, you know what to do.. it's inside of you. Sit in silence is the key, deal with thoughts and just watch them. I have a feeling her husband strokes her ego constantly. Bored housewife thinks she's the next Dalai Lama, but just drunk on her own self importance. Do the silent prayer on you tube you're fine. This woman has no idea what she's talking about and she sounds extremely unstable. No, it's not normal to have ups and downs all day. Or have a time where you're sad everyday. it's not normal. Don't buy it.
