The painful struggles
This was an excellent audiobook especially from the author herself. I’m glad I chose audiobook for this one. It reaches to my soul. I’m sure many women would relate to some degree. Thankyou to the author.

women of all ages will enjoy and benifit
Maye Musk the author narrated this story ; I enjoyed hearing her story from her. As women we can learn from each other. This book is a great example !

Fabulous
At first I thought it would be advice, I've heard over the years... But I kept listening... I think any woman over 30 could benefit from this books messages of hope and perseverance. A book that helps understand that life can be painful, and life can be beautiful. This book was like listening to a great aunt to help you keep going and cope during difficult times. Recommend it, if you need a burst of positive energy.

Interesting Book with Great Advice!
This is an interesting memoir that also contains lots of helpful advice to help set readers up for optimal personal and professional success. There are also chapters of informative and encouraging advice regarding nutrition and physical activity, relationships and self-respect and insights from Maye Musk's inspiring weight loss journey. Musk's optimistic tone and positive attitude also contribute to making this audiobook a very worthwhile listen!
