A must read for all coaches/leaders!

This book has wonderful insight and tools to help coaches/leaders consider new approaches to getting the most of the people you lead.

Urban Meyer uses a lot of the teachings from motivational speaker, Tim Kight, who runs a podcast called F3 (Focus 3) which I also recommend.

Great for any coach at any level

The concepts are common denominators no matter the sport or level. It's an excellent combination of philosophies and specific stories/anecdotes that further explain why Coach Meyer has been successful everywhere he's been. I took away specific, useful ideas to apply to the teams I coach.

Football Coach

As a football coach, this resonates deeply with me because I want to be a head coach one day. The familiarity and parallels he gave from building unit cohesion to reacting to your situation with character are all things I’ve learned but Urban just reinforced those and provided great depth, detail and knowledge as an aspiring head coach. Great read and must have.

Great book

Short, to the point leadership skills. The book is full of how to moments and is lacking the typical leadership talking points. This is a how to book, not a leadership theory book.
